A DIY workshop like no other. While you leave with a masterpiece you created, the hope is you’ll also take away the confidence to continue to create on your own. From cheeseboards to seasonal wreaths, the creations are chosen because anyone can do them! They follow simple rules and systems that when followed, turn out a beautiful end product you can be proud of! No two classes are the same and each workshop brings in new elements and products to make one-of-a-kind creations you can display, eat, or just admire and pass on to a friend. All supplies are included, along with special offerings at each venue. The workshops are meant to be a social experience, where you leave fulfilled, inspired and connected. There’s time for creating, time for snacking, time for chatting, and everything that happens in between.

Charcuterie
The art of meat and cheese. It’s fun, satisfying and delicious. Learn the elements that make up a board and the simple process the Do Something Lady follows in creating any spread. Tips and tricks for everything from shopping lists to folding meats and cutting cheese, you’ll never look at snack plate the same! With different themes, and different ingredients for each event, no two classes will be the same!

Seasonal Wreaths
We’ve decided you should create a wreath for every season. Maybe just as an excuse to get out and make something pretty but also to get crafty and spruce up your door! Spring, Fall and Summer inspired, these creations use faux florals and materials that make it storable and reusable. But that doesn’t mean you can’t come back year after year!

Fresh Holiday Wreath
Where it all began. This was the first workshop Laurel ever facilitated back in 2018 and it will remain a favorite. Fresh assorted evergreens, holiday tunes, festive vibes—it smells and feels like the holidays! It has become a staple of the holiday season for many as they come with friends or family to make their yearly holiday wreath.
2023 Wreath Workshops will take place all over Southwest Michigan November-December. Tickets will launch mid October.

Hat Bars
Design and create your own custom hat at these one of a kind workshops and events. Host one in your space as a walk up event where the Do Something Team can customize hats on site, or attend a step by step workshop to create your own in a more structured environment. Hat Bars have quickly become a favorite offering!

From succulent wreaths to succulent pumpkins and terrariums, there’s so much to do with these live plants in a workshop! Succulents are locally sourced and workshop offerings vary seasonally.

Family Friendly
Creating and connecting isn’t just beneficial for adults, kids love it too! We love a great collaboration for a family friendly event! From kids’ yoga and snack cup making to child friendly crafts, we love creating the space for little ones and adults to Do Something special together.
